Actually had this happen to me twice last night too. I was the engy, mind you. First time I didn't know about it. Second time I tried my best to not stand on top of the tele and I still got fragged. I think it needs some tweaking to be a bit more fair. By which I mean, it seems like the game considers the teleporter to be much larger than it actually appears. You can even see in the video, one of the instances the Engy's feet aren't touching the tele, and when the spy appears he isn't even bumping into the engy. The engy just falls over backwards, dead.
My snazzy Spy vs. Engy trick (had it happen to me once, so I stole the idea) for engies who are backed into a corner (no possible backstab). Jump on top of them (they rarely look up, unless they're expecting it) and stab downward. Seems to always come out as a backstab, even though it's more like a headstab.

Would they know? Like, would they slow down, or would you slowly fall off? I think that would be the ultimate party trick, to see a spy spycrabbing on top of a turtle engy, no one telling him because their too busy laughing.
