For me: There was a heavy who was the top of the scoreboard, I was a medic and I was healing him. I don't have any reasons why he's pro except for the fact that he gave me a sandvich when i was dying. Heavies NEVER do that...

Wow, that is a nice heavy , the best soldier that I have had has been one of the admins in my community, he pockets me so well and is just a beast in general!

hmm, the best sniper i saw, (note, i play the xbox version) this sniper, man, he was beast. It was headshot after headshot for him. So I plugged in my mic, asked him for some tips, man, i got so pro at sniper for a day. He also plays a beast offensive engie.

He was giving us tips on offensive engie. Half of our team was engineer, the other half was steamrolling their team.

Haha, there seemed to be a bit of an offensive engy craze where it became popular but now it has died down, to be honest there aren't that many engineers at all, compared to the amount there used to be. I find that it is quite nice to go into a server with a friend and one of you go medic and the other pockets you, I do that occasionally and we come top of the scoreboard! You can try out wacky combos like uber spy etc

all my friends are playing Modern Warfare and Bad Company. They refuse to try TF2 because i quote "Don't play games from 1990"

I realize that MW2 and BC2 are realistic and whatnot, but it's nice to play a game where you don't die instantly all the time

MW2 an BFBC are fun and all, but i always come back to tf2 after. There is something that really hooks me about his game.

this game is amazing and different cuz: no radar, so flanking is possible. fast, high health characters, so movement is valued as much as shooting. easily identified characters, so a good eye is not needed. no completely balanced class or uber weapon, so strategy and teamwork are like 10000% more valued in this game than any other.

Yes, well said. But this debate is like a PC/Mac debate. Nothing I say will make them playTF2, nothing they say will make me play MW2. Its all a cycle of hatin'
