For Day 1, there's a new map and new gamemode, as well as a bunch of achievements to go with it!

So im not sure what to think of meet the Pyro. Did valve think that after the epicness of meet the medic they had to do some derpy candyland thing? I hafta say I thought it was very funny, but I like to think that the pyro really likes FIRE, and is amused by the destruction it causes. Im kindof a pyromaniac myself (set my bed on fire last week) so I dislike that the pyro may not understand what fire truly is. this brings up an important question: does the Pyro hallucinate all the time, or does his/her/its mania switch between destruction and happiness.

on another note, doomsday is pretty fun, Pyrovision hurts my eyes, and the soldiers story was hilarious.

I think the Pyro is actually constantly in Pyroland, though not because of his mental state, but because of his mask! If you observe the Pyrovision Goggles closely, they have the same logo as the one on Pyro's mask. So it must mean that one of the subsidiaries of Mann Co. invented the mask to make Pyro deadlier.

because Im stubborn and pyromaniacal and like to think the Pyro is also truly Pyromaniacal, I would like to suggest that Meet the pyro was actually designed by the Pyro himself/herself/itself to spread even more confusion about who he/she/it is and what motivates him/her/it in order to give him/her/it more time to burn things to the ground.

in the advertisement for the test chamber designing update to Portal 2 there is a scene of an overhead view of a ton of cubicles. One of the computers in that scene is playing Meet the Pyro!
