The following is a full list of the 38 new heavy-specific achievements for Team Fortress 2 that Valve has lavished on us in the “Heavy Update“. As with the medic and pyro before him, only 35 of these are ‘real’ achievements – the final three are like checkpoints for when you’ve earned 10, 16 and 22 of the other achievements. I’ve adopted the familiar format of name, icon (click for full size), description and a difficulty rating on a scale of 1 – 4. As with the Pyro Pack, previous stats do not count towards your achievements, so you get to start all over again earning those 1,000 assists. WHICH ONE OF YOU IS CRYING?!?
The 35 (+3) new Heavy Achievements are as follows:
Get 1,000 assists.
Difficulty: 4
Get 25 enemy kills where you either assist or are assisted by another Heavy.
Difficulty: 2
Kill 20 enemies with a Medic assisting you, where neither of you die.
Difficulty: 4
Block the enemy from moving the payload cart 25 times.
Difficulty: 2
While invulnerable and on defense, block an invulnerable enemy Heavy’s movement.
Difficulty: 3
Remove 20 stickybombs by killing the Demomen who produced them.
Difficulty: 2
Take 1000 points of damage in a single life.
Difficulty: 2
Kill 25 enemies while you’re standing on a control point you own.
Difficulty: 2
Kill 50 enemies within 3 seconds of them attacking your Medic.
Difficulty: 3
Earn a domination for a Medic who’s healing you.
Difficulty: 2
Eat 100 sandviches.
Difficulty: 1
Fire $200,000 worth of minigun rounds in a single life.
Difficulty: 1
Be the first on your team to start capturing a control point in a round.
Difficulty: 2
Provide an enemy with a freezecam shot of you taunting while invulnerable.
Difficulty: 1
Heal 1000 damage with med-kits in a single life.
Difficulty: 3
Kill 15 enemies capturing a control point you own.
Difficulty: 2
Kill an enemy with a critical punch.
Difficulty: 1
Get 20 kills on players that you’re dominating.
Difficulty: 3
Kill 10 enemies carrying your intelligence.
Difficulty: 2
Kill 10 heavies with The K.G.B.
Difficulty: 3
Work with a friendly Medic to kill an enemy Heavy & Medic pair.
Difficulty: 3
Kill 10 enemies in mid-air with the minigun.
Difficulty: 3
Kill 50 scouts using Natascha.

Kill an enemy with your shotgun while you’re out of minigun ammo.

Kill an enemy with a taunt.

Kill 100 enemies while both you and your victim are underwater.

Kill 5 enemies without spinning down your gun.

Get 50 caps on payload maps.

Get ubered 50 times.

Help 5 teammates get revenge on their nemeses.

Kill 20 enemies while being recharged by a dispenser.

Survive a direct hit from a critical rocket.

In a single life, get shot, burned, bludgeoned, and receive explosive damage.

Kill an enemy in the first 5 seconds after you exit a teleporter.
